There are hundreds of ways of making money on the internet. PLR is one that I’ll write about today. For those of you who are not familiar with the PLR acronym, it stands for “Private Label Rights”. When you see PLR mentioned on the net, it usually has to do with website content or blog content. Or you could just call it article writing depending on your point of view. There are producers and consumers of PLR. If you like to write, and you want to produce articles - PLR - you can make $10 to $20 for a 250 or 500 word article. Usually these PLR articles are sold in 10, 20, or 30 article blocks so that solicitations for PLR are listed in the $200-$300 range. You might offer your PLR for sale on Ebay, or look for jobs posted at Elance, RentaCoder, or Mturk.

Among the consumers of this PLR content are website publishers, bloggers, and ebook purveyors. They purchase this content at different websites that offer it for sale or they join a PLR membership which provides them with a slew of cheap articles for use. Of course they are looking to purchase ORIGINAL articles and sometimes they get original articles. But a lot of the articles that are exchanged are old articles that are remodeled. Computer software has even been created to take an existing article and add some stuff at the beginning and end of the article to bring it’s original content percentage to an acceptable level of 30% or better. Other software will replace nouns in the article with synonyms to try and make it different from the original. Still other software will take keywords and write entire pages for you although they are not very readable.
The content on Soncy dot com is original. I hope to always keep it original. The hard part is always coming up with something new to post. There are millions of other blogs out there. How is this one going to stand out?
